The value of Everton Football Club’s legacy work around Goodison Park has been underlined by findings from Reach PLC’s Data Unit.

Everton officially opened the latest stage of their Goodison Campus on Wednesday, the £800,000 Blue Base which will aid elderly supporters living with dementia and suffering social isolation.

The Base joins the Everton Free School and the People’s Hub with its Cruyff Football pitch, both in the shadow of Goodison Park, with a further mental health facility called the People’s Place also planned.
