The People’s Project Privacy Notice

1. How We Use Your Information

This Privacy Notice will tell you how Everton Football Club uses personal data in relation to the People’s Project. Fans and website visitors have the opportunity to learn about the project and receive the latest news and developments as the project progresses.

2. Website Visitors

Everton uses cookies on the People’s Project website.

If you register with the People’s Project, we will send you updates of news, stadium development progress, public and fan consultations and fundraising opportunities. This information may be used in connection with other accounts you hold with Everton to complete a profile of subscribers.

You can withdraw your consent to receive updates at any time.

6. Who do we share information with?

Your information is only shared with your consent, if permitted by law or if a third party is working on behalf of Everton, for example a company sending out stadium event invitations or website hosting.

7. International Transfers

Your information is secured under European data protection laws at all times and not transferred to organisations beyond this area without your consent or if permitted by law.

8. What rights do you have?

Your rights include access to your personal information, correcting your information or deletion. Please contact the Data Protection Officer for further details.
